At the request of the board, UNCC's legal counsel David
DiGiacomo recently executed an electronic ballot and voting process for the
position of board chairman. As a result, Darrel Vanhooser of Suncor
Energy has been elected as the new Chairman of the Board of the Utility
Notification Center of Colorado. "I am delighted that my colleagues
have placed their confidence in me for this challenging and important role,
and I will do my best to follow in the footsteps of past chair, Mr. Dan
Sherer, striving to continually improve the services at UNCC", commented Mr.
Vanhooser.
